Umesh Premchandani is the Founder and Chairman of KD Group, with over three decades of experience in warehousing and infrastructure development. His deep expertise in logistics infrastructure has been central to building KD Group into a formidable industry presence.

Beginning his journey as a C&F agent for Hindustan Unilever in Bhopal, he laid the foundation for the Group’s long-term growth vision. He has led the acquisition and development of large-scale warehousing assets, including four logistics parks across key locations — helping position KDL as a leading asset-rich 3PL player.

His infrastructure-led vision continues to guide the Group’s scalable expansion.

Kapil Premchandani began his entrepreneurial journey at an early age, actively contributing to his family business in Bhopal before charting his own independent path.

In 2005, he founded KD Logistics with a clear vision to elevate the standards of warehousing and supply chain in India.

A postgraduate from SP Jain Institute of Management, Kapil brings strong business acumen and strategic clarity to the organization. He has consistently driven the adoption of modern, efficient, and customer-centric warehousing practices, enabling the company to scale with reliability and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, KDL has evolved steadily, strengthening its capabilities, infrastructure, and service standards to meet the growing and changing needs of leading brands.

He leads corporate strategy and long-term planning, steering the company toward sustained growth and a strong industry position.

Vishal Premchandani is a seasoned supply chain professional and Joint Managing Director at  KD Supply Chain (KD Logistics), where he leads business development, strategic alliances, and growth initiatives across the KD Group.

He has built and strengthened long-term partnerships with leading organizations including P&G, Reckitt, Haleon, JK Tyre, and other major brands, consistently driving scale, operational excellence, and sustainable business expansion. With international exposure and cross-market experience, Vishal brings a global perspective to strategy, partnerships, and execution.

He also heads the Group’s technology and digital transformation initiatives, championing the adoption of automation, data-led decision making, and tech-enabled workflows to enhance performance across all operating locations.

In addition, Vishal is the Founder and Managing Partner of UKV Enterprises, where he brings deep expertise in distribution, GTM, and supply chain for FMCG products.

His forward-looking approach and strong execution focus continue to play a key role in the KD Group’s ongoing growth and modernization.
