Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• On Time GRN preparation- (From Gate Entry)
• Timely Invoice  submission ( from the Date of GRN)
• Ensure Stock and Location Accuracy
• Implementation of 5S and FIFO Practices
• Suggestion to be raised and implemented to enhance the Productivity, Delivery, Safety & morale
• Re-Order Level and Re-Order Quantity should match 100%
• Maintain optimal Inventory Level by focusing to reduce SM/NM and Runner /Repeaters/ Stranger Parts
• Reduce the Packing cost consumption
• Proper indexing of all records and documents
• GRN report, GRN postings, GRN completion, on daily basis and issuance.
• Completion all type of MM transactions in the System ( Service PO, GRN & etc.,)
• Accuracy in counts / measures of items during receipt and issues.
• Recording inward / outward movement for all engineering items
• Identification of non-moving materials with respect to time study and report to Management.
• Ensuring the P&L maintenance as per the approved budget
• Attrition / retention of manpower of DC
• Optimization of space and effective usage of  people and time
• Good housekeeping practices and 5s audits in the working area.
• Compliance to EHS standard and PPE for self and contract recruits by Zero Accidents from Stores/Packing/Dispatch

• Inventory Control; Stock level should come down; Prepare GRN’s within time; Product identification by storing size wise; Physical verification
• To promote team spirit by cooperating with other departmental heads and departmental employees.
• To involve in cross functional activities for improvements in delivery,

Skill Set

• Be conversant with storage & handling equipment.
• Should possess good communication skills be computer savvy.
