Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily receipt, checking, storage, and dispatch of import, domestic, and PRI shipments.
- Ensure timely GR completion and physical verification of received stock.
- Monitor picking, packing, and segregation processes for quality compliance.
- Optimize and allocate manpower efficiently based on workload.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory data using SAP and ensure timely reporting.
- Liaise closely with Quality, Insurance, Customer Service, Dispatch, and Supply Chain teams for operational alignment.
- Follow up on open order status, complaints resolution, and correct order entries.
- Handle communication with dealers and supply chain team for all operational updates.
- Monitor PRI stock, shortage/damage/excess reports and share monthly updates with Supply Chain teams.
- Track PRI credit notes and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Ensure periodic stock counting of rejected and non-saleable inventory.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and escalate any major exceptions to Management.
- Ensure effective housekeeping and 5S implementation across warehouse areas.
- Ensure proper display and review of IRA & safety-related reports in all divisions.
- Maintain warehouse audit readiness and lead during principal company visits.
- Act as the Control Person (CP) to ensure all warehouse SOPs and compliance are followed.
- Conduct employee trainings as per the approved training calendar.
- Promote innovation initiatives and cost-saving opportunities in warehouse operations.
- Guide supervisors and teams through daily operational reviews and performance improvement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- experience with minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse supervisory
- Working knowledge of SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
