Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

The BD professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients. The role focuses on conceptualizing and crafting tailored warehouse operations proposals.

This responsibility requires a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Building – Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline across priority industry segments
  • Understanding Client Requirements – Capture client needs and collaborate with solution design teams to craft tailored 3PL proposals
  • Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure – Lead commercial discussions, finalize agreements, and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Onboarding – Coordinate with operations, solutions, marketing, and tech teams for seamless client onboarding

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, with the ability to design practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Graduation Required
  • Experience: Min. 5 to 7 years in business development , similar role in the logistics or warehousing sector.
