Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Analyze trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and design logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Schedule site visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution feasibility.
- Conduct financial modeling to deliver cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Continuously enhance solution design processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Work with IT teams for tech-enabled solutions and create customized logistics offerings.
- Deliver presentations and manage RFIs/RFQs for accurate submissions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational handover post-sale.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and logistics solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Graduation Required.
- Experience: Min. 5 to 7 years in business development, solution design, or a similar role in the logistics or warehousing sector.
