Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Analyze trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and design logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Schedule site visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution feasibility.
  • Conduct financial modeling to deliver cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Continuously enhance solution design processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Work with IT teams for tech-enabled solutions and create customized logistics offerings.
  • Deliver presentations and manage RFIs/RFQs for accurate submissions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and operational handover post-sale.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and logistics solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Graduation Required.
  • Experience: Min. 5 to 7 years in business development, solution design, or a similar role in the logistics or warehousing sector.
