KD Logistics began with a simple, determined vision shared by Mr. Umesh and Mr. Kapil Premchandani, who came to Mumbai with the ambition to build something lasting in the logistics sector. Their hands-on approach, discipline, and commitment laid a strong foundation. Soon after, Mr. Vishal Premchandani joined them, bringing a technology-driven perspective that strengthened operations and shaped KDL into a modern 3PL organisation.
Over the years, this blend of entrepreneurial grit and progressive thinking has transformed KDL into a trusted partner known for reliability, agility, and operational excellence across India. What began as a quiet aspiration is now a 20-year journey of partnerships, innovation, and purpose.
Operating under an asset-rich model, we are among the few in the industry who own and manage our own logistics parks and warehouses. This ensures superior control, efficiency, and quality—helping our clients scale faster, reach farther, and deliver better.
