Operations Manager (Pharma Redressing Centre)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functioning of our Pharma Redressing Centre in Bhiwandi. The candidate should have in-depth operational and compliance expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of infrastructure and technology related to redressing/packaging centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Pharma Redressing Centre to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure all required regulatory compliances, licenses, and documentation are maintained in accordance with applicable norms.
• Liaise with potential and existing customers, supporting client interactions and business growth.
• Evaluate and manage infrastructure requirements – including machinery, layout planning, and technology – to ensure optimal facility performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, packaging, or redressing centre management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and operational best practices.
• Proven experience in managing or setting up pharma redressing/packaging facilities.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from Bhiwandi full-time and manage a team of technical and operational staff.
