Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & QC: Inspect incoming materials and outgoing shipments against specifications, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and labelling.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure all inventory is stored according to safety protocols, temperature requirements, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP).
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify, quarantine, and document damaged or incorrect products.
- Inventory Auditing: Perform physical stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system data.
- Process Improvement: Review warehouse procedures to reduce errors and improve storage efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of inspections, damages, wastage, and testing results.
- Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1.5 years’ experience as a warehouse Quality Control/Inspector or in logistics.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), safety standards, and inventory control.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
