Job Description:
- Planning & Supervising transportation, shipments
- Scheduling, Routing, Tracking Orders
- Ensuring proper storage & distribution of products
- Monitor & Book transportations costs, rates.
- Maintain Records & Documents
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Overseeing transportation policies, standards
- Managing transport business resources, including manpower, resources, and outside suppliers.
- Issue of permits to various categories of transport vehicles
- Handling RFQ/Tender/e-auctions proposals, prepare commercials, submit responses, and follow customers to close deals.
- Develop and maintain communication and relationships with customers.
Computer Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word)
