Job Description:

  • Planning & Supervising transportation, shipments
  • Scheduling, Routing, Tracking Orders
  • Ensuring proper storage & distribution of products
  • Monitor & Book transportations costs, rates.
  • Maintain Records & Documents
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Overseeing transportation policies, standards
  • Managing transport business resources, including manpower, resources, and outside suppliers.
  • Issue of permits to various categories of transport vehicles
  • Handling RFQ/Tender/e-auctions proposals, prepare commercials, submit responses, and follow customers to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain communication and relationships with customers.

Computer Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word)
