- Recruitment
- Employee joining formalities
- Creating /generating ESIC & EPF UAN of new joinees
- Attendance Management
- ST Compliance (Labour bill verification)
- Employee Engagement.
- Need to travel and visit Wearhouse’s and resolving employees issues
- Supporting in vendor invoice validation
- Supporting in Trainings R&R, Safety programs activities.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools
- Good management skills
- Meeting compliance deadlines
Education: Any Graduate, MBA in HR/Labour law
Experience: 1 – 3 yrs
