Job Description :

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: 
    – Defined and executed end to end Employee life cycle from Joining, Induction, Probation
    Confirmation, Appraisals, Grievances Solving, Attrition Management and Exits. To review
    existing HR policies and to initiate and implement changes wherever applicable.
    – Entrusted with employees’ promotion, administered employee’s resignation and clearance,
    final settlement and closure, managing employee database, leaves records and attendance
    regularization.
    – Monthly HR reports, attrition & exit analysis and presenting the same to the Management.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    – Executing entire recruitment process of sourcing, screening, shortlisting, selection &
    Appointment after.
    – Identification of manpower requirements; monitoring induction program, discipline. 
    Handle the various sourcing channels Easy recruit, Job boards, Social sites, Technical schools
    and vendors.
    – Close interactions with Candidates and Hiring Managers though out the process.
  • Payroll, Leave & Attendance Management: 
    – Maintain and provide region wise payroll data to process on monthly basis. Preparing
    monthly ESIC, PF, leave, PT reports.
    – Provide payroll instructions to finance team for processing of payroll with 100% accuracy.
  • HR activities and MIS:
    – Analysis of Employee Data, MIS Creation and Reporting.
    – Employees Attendance, compilation of attendance, Update Payroll team with left and new
    joiner’s details.
    – Preparation of MIS reports for monthly office Expenses.
  • Separations:
    – Coordinating with the employee regarding completion of the Clearance form and with the
    various department.
    – Initiating the exit process and issuing relieving letters to the employees.
  • Statutory Compliances:
    – Compliances for Office establishments: Registration under Shops & Establishment Act and
    maintenance of statutory records & display of notices / labour laws’ gists.
    – Attending Inspections, Labour Court cases.  Effective Liaison & Communication with the
    concerned labour authorities like EPF, ESI, State and Central Labour departments to maintain
    healthy relationship and immediate redressal of issues.
    – To arrange for coverage \ settlement of accident claims in respect of personal accident
    insurance \ company vehicles.
    – Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Experience: 3-5 yrs
