WMS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and resolve system issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts, user issues, and operational anomalies within the WMS.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments to understand system requirements and user needs.
• Ensure smooth functioning of WMS during daily warehouse operations.
• Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and backup tasks.
• Assist with the configuration of the WMS to accommodate process improvements and operational changes.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex system issues.
• Generate regular reports and analytics related to warehouse operations and system performance.
• Train warehouse staff and new users on the efficient use of the WMS.
• Identify and recommend potential improvements to enhance WMS functionality and warehouse operations.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and issues.

Skills / Competencies:

• Proven experience working with WMS platforms, preferably in a support or operational role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system-related issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with users at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems integration is an advantage.

Education: Graduate or a Diploma pref. in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience: 4-5 Years in WMS ERP / SAP MM Module
