Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise logistics staff, including warehouse workers and drivers, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Operations Coordination: Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within logistics operations.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and handle discrepancies in inventory records.
- Supplier and Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations and monitor expenses.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics, analyzing data to provide insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
