PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Site Workers: Take charge of all workers on-site, ensuring smooth operations.
• Guide Key Personnel: Provide direction to the Erection In-charge, Erection Team, and Team Leader to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support the Project Engineer: Assist the Project Engineer by providing all necessary information, reports, and updates related to the work.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineer: Ensure all quality documents are prepared, maintained, and signed off by the Quality Engineer.
• Manage Work Processes: Oversee and manage the work process to ensure it adheres to the project plan and quality standards.
• Develop Method Statements: Create detailed method statements for carrying out various work activities.
• Prepare Work Checklists: Develop and maintain checklists for different tasks to ensure all work is completed correctly.
• Daily Progress Reporting: Obtain and submit daily progress reports to keep track of project milestones.
• Ensure Quality Control Compliance: Obtain signed quality control checklists and documents from the Quality Engineer.
• Monitor Project Schedule: Continuously analyze and monitor the site to ensure work progresses according to the schedule and plan.
• Ensure High-Quality Execution: Execute all work activities with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Promote Safety: Ensure the entire team adheres to safety protocols and works in a safe manner.

Education: Graduate

Experience:3-5 years of experience in relevant field
