UMESH PREMCHANDANI [CHAIRMAN]:

Umesh Premchandani is a Supply Chain Management stalwart, with more than 2 decades of experience in warehousing and logistics. Starting his career as a CFA for Hindustan Unilever Ltd. at Bhopal (M.P.), Mr. Umesh Premchandani sowed the seeds of this business and has been nurturing it since then.

He is responsible for devising the corporate strategy, planning, and leading the company. He has been instrumental in creating a large asset base, which is a key competitive advantage for the organization. In addition, he oversees the finance function.


KAPIL PREMCHANDANI [MANAGING DIRECTOR]:

Kapil Premchandani is a visionary leader in the supply chain business. He is an alumnus of S.P. Jain Institute of Management and the co-founder of KD Supply Chain Solutions. He has been instrumental in expanding the business and building key client relationships.

Within a very short span, Mr. Kapil Premchandani has created a strong business network across the northern and western regions of India. The entire team looks up to his inspiring leadership.


VISHAL PREMCHANDANI [DIRECTOR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN SOLUTIONS & PROJECTS]:

Vishal Premchandani leads the team for tackling complex business requirements and develops innovative solutions for challenging assignments. With strong analytical skills and meticulous planning, he generates multiple possible courses of action for every requirement.

His ability to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions has helped the organization build strong relationships with potential as well as existing clients. Mr. Vishal Premchandani also manages the implementation of racking and palletization systems and has successfully transformed conventional warehouses to vertically racked facilities. He also leads strategic initiatives that require involvement from many stakeholders.

SRIDAR SESHAN [DIRECTOR - RETAIL OPERATIONS & HR]:

Sridar Seshan holds a rich experience of 15 years in the industry. An expert in managing integrated food supply chain and implementing customized retail chain operations, he is responsible for both single brand and multi-brand retail management.

Mr. Sridhar Seshan also handles the responsibility of training and motivating employees and conducting engagement initiatives. Before joining KD Logistics, he was working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where he played a important role in the setting up and management of their factory in Daman, Silvassa. Post that, he was a part of HUL's retailing operation “Sangam Direct”, managing its supply chain function.

HRISHIKESH NARAYAN : [HEAD - WESTERN REGION]:

Hrishi is a result oriented professional with nearly 2 decades of experience in driving sales & distribution in managing FMCG industry . During his tenure with HUL, Hirshi used to maintain commercial controls of the business at the same time used to carry out consumer and sales promotional operations as well as coordinate with Logistics team amongst Depots, Factories & Distributors.

In addition, Hrishi is a proactive team builder to the core and a natural motivator with solid contributions across career path, professionally committed and responsible with proven ability to handle a wide range of functions using a combination of creative and organizational skills.
